Thomas Manning

Tom attended the University of South Dakota on a football scholarship and graduated in 1983 with a degree in Business Administration and finance.  Tom has been in the financial services industry in Casper since 1984 starting with Boettcher and Co. Inc. and becoming a V.P. in 1986.  In 1987 he chose to take his practice to an independent firm and opened the first Private Ledger office in Wyoming.  Private Ledger later became known as LPL Financial and Tom has been with them ever since.

Tom holds Series 07, 24, 31, 63, and 66 licenses through LPL Financial.  He is also securities registered in 24 states.  As a registered principal, he manages the Casper office and supervises all licensed advisors.  Tom specializes in portfolio construction and asset management for retirees and those nearing retirement.

Tom has been happily married to his wife Ellen for 40 years, raising 5 children.  They now have 9 grandchildren they enjoy spending time with.  When not spending time with family, Tom enjoys hunting big game around the world and upland game birds in the midwestern states.  He has served his community through various efforts including the Hospice Board of Directors for 10 years.  He is currently on the Board of Directors of the local chapter of SCI and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
